AraratBank: Transfer Your Mortgage Loan and Repay It on Attractive Terms: JOIN US

As part of its new campaign, AraratBank comes up with one of the best mortgage lending offers on the market.

AraratBank offers to transfer your mortgage loan from other banks or credit organizations, repaying it at a lower interest rate and on favorable terms.

A mortgage loan serviced for at least 1 year is possible to transfer to AraratBank at 12.25% - fixed for the first 3 years and adjustable starting from the 4th year. The annual effective interest rate is 12.96-12.97%.

By easing the financial burden, customers can extend the loan repayment period up to 25 years, reducing the amount of monthly payments.

Loan amount ranges from AMD 5 million to AMD 150 million.

All collateral related costs are covered by the bank: fees for the unified real estate certificate, notarization, registration of the right of pledge, and appraisal are covered by the bank.

There is no application processing fee, and no income verification documents, insurance, or loan package service fee are required.

In order to provide the simplest and fastest customer service possible, other loan obligations are not considered when assessing creditworthiness.

The offer is valid through January 30, 2026.
