IDBank Presented a Special Offer at TOON EXPO 2026

In recent days, all paths to purchasing a new home led to TOON EXPO, the largest real estate exhibition of the year. Visitors had access to a selection of more than 30,000 apartments, offerings from over 100 developers, and, of course, a reliable financial partner — IDBank — supporting them throughout the process of choosing, purchasing, and renovating their future homes.

“IDBank has always stood out with its unique approach. We continuously strive to present ourselves in new ways, both at exhibitions and beyond. This year, we welcomed a large number of visitors and clients who showed strong interest in the Bank’s services and successfully signed contracts for their long-awaited homes. We are truly pleased to share these important moments with them. The idcoin campaign, as in previous years, also generated significant interest,” said Narek Fahradyan, Head of Sales Unit at IDBank.

As part of the exhibition, clients who applied for a mortgage loan for the purchase, construction, or renovation of a home at the Bank’s pavilion received idcoin equal to 1% of the loan amount approved by the Bank.

“We are pleased that IDBank has been participating in TOON EXPO for years with specially designed offers, working closely with partner developers to make the home-buying process more flexible and accessible for visitors,” noted Diana Haroyan, Co-founder and Head of Marketing & Communications of Big Projects.
