AraratBank at Leasing EXPO 2026: Special Leasing Offer for Energy-Efficient Equipment

Leasing EXPO 2026, now in its fourth consecutive year, will be held from April 10 to 12. AraratBank will participate in the exhibition with a tailored offer for corporate clients and individual entrepreneurs.

The Bank’s offer focuses on leasing of energy-efficient equipment and systems for generating electricity from renewable energy sources.

At AraratBank’s booth, customers will receive expert consultation on leasing solutions for the construction, reconstruction, or expansion of renewable energy power stations, as well as for implementing energy-efficient investment projects. This highly attractive offer features:

  • Leasing for renewable energy projects starting from 0.9% 
  • Maturity of up to 10 years 
  • Upfront payment starting from 10% 
  • Effective rate starting from 0.91% 

Leasing experts will provide a detailed presentation of the advantages of the new product and address any questions regarding the leasing process. 

AraratBank continues to offer attractive leasing terms in partnership with the EBRD, including the possibility of up to 35% cashback under the EU4Business-SMECI program.

The EU4Business initiative – EBRD credit line program is designed to promote exports and supports businesses operating in the manufacturing, service, and agricultural sectors. The program is also open to businesses outside these sectors, provided they intend to establish manufacturing operations or offer services. For example, a business currently engaged in food retail can apply for financing to invest in establishing production or expanding into service provision.

The EU4Business program aims to promote the adoption of EU standards in environmental protection, labor, health and security, as well as production quality and safety. The program is designed to strengthen the capacities of SMEs, enabling them to enter and compete effectively in the EU market.

Under this program, the following fixed assets may qualify for leasing:

  • Vehicles 
  • Production equipment and production lines 
  • Solar power stations 
  • Agricultural machinery 
  • High-tech greenhouse equipment, irrigation systems, and more.

The leased assets must be sourced from primary markets and either be of European manufacture or meet EU standards and be produced in other countries, such as China. All equipment must have a CE certificate. Additionally, under this program, financing may also be extended for energy-efficient construction works (excluding multi-apartment buildings) aimed at the construction of environmentally friendly ‘green’ buildings.

The exhibition will take place at the Meridian Expo Center (1 Voskerichneri Street) from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
